Bekezela Mabena is happy and honored to show you his work in his studio, as well as a live painting on the August House rooftop.

Bekezela Mabena is a talented visual artist based in South Africa, born in 1996. He spent a significant part of his childhood in Zimbabwe before returning to South Africa in 2008. Bekezela's artistic journey began during his time at Jiyana Secondary School in Tembisa, where he developed a passion for visual arts. His dedication and skill were recognized when he received the Matric 2017 Visual Art Award. In pursuit of further artistic growth and education, Bekezela enrolled at Artist Proof Studio. He completed his Third Year of study in 2020 where he continues to refine his artistic abilities. Additionally, Bekezela is actively involved in immersing himself in the world of art curation and exhibition
